Friday Content Publisher ("the app") is a personal automation tool operated by Jim Higgins. It uploads short videos to the operator's own TikTok account (@tjhiggy) using TikTok's official Content Posting API, only after the operator explicitly approves each video.
The app is built for and used solely by its operator. There are no other end users, no accounts, and no public-facing service.
The operator is solely responsible for the content uploaded through the app, including ensuring each video complies with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable law. The app performs no editorial review beyond the operator's own approval.
The app uses TikTok's official APIs under TikTok's developer terms. Use of TikTok itself remains governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service and policies. This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that uploads will succeed, that TikTok will approve the app, or that the app will remain functional if TikTok changes its APIs or policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's liability arising from the app is limited to direct damages, and excludes any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The operator may stop using the app and revoke its TikTok authorization at any time through TikTok's authorized-apps settings, which immediately ends the app's access.
If these terms change, the updated version will be published at the same URL with a revised effective date.
